Confirmation of school places will be released via email on April 17 and HCC also uploads the information on the admission system in the evening.However, according to HCC, if the place is not accepted or declined it might be offered to someone else’s child.
The council will then offer your child a place at the nearest school that has availability.They added that accepting a place will not affect parents’ chances to getting a preferred school later, either through the continuing interest process of through a school admission appeal.
