A Preston wine bar is set to reopen after being forced to close when a fire broke out. Hartley's Wine Bar on Mount Street in the city centre urged customers to "stay away" last Wednesday .
In an update on social media on August 17, the bar confirmed it would be shut over the weekend due to fire damage.
