MEN Sport understands the Man Utd centre-back is finalising a move to Kenilworth Road this evening.
Luton Town boss Rob Edwards has confirmed the club are in talks with Manchester United defender Teden Mengi.
The centre-half, who suffered two major injuries in the last 18 months, has been loaned to Derby County and Birmingham City in recent years. Luton have been tracking the progress of the 21-year-old, who has made two Premier League 2 appearances this season.
