Porsche lodges appeal against da Costa's London E-Prix time penalty

🗣️'Our primary concern is a fair equal treatment in the spirit of the sport.' PorscheFormulaE has formally lodged an appeal against a time penalty for afelixdacosta that stripped him of a podium in last weekend's first Formula E London E-Prix race ⬇️

The 2019-20 Formula E champion had finished second on-the-road in the first of two races at the ExCeL London, having climbed from 17th on the grid.

This was deemed to be because ‘the minimum tyre pressure was under the minimum value given by the tyre supplier’ according to the stewards. A Porsche statement read: “Today, we can confirm that the official appeal against decision no.10 was filed within the notice period.
