The Bay City Rollers played a surprise set at Glasgow musician Kenny Lee Roberts' boutique festival in aid of Glasgow charity, Homeless ProjectKenny, who launched his Hardwired Lager made by Hidden Lane Brewery earlier this year with all income from sales going to HPS, wanted to put on an event to help 'keep the beer and the cause it supports' in the forefront of people’s minds.
"The most important purpose of the day was to continue to raise money for Homeless Project Scotland, a cause we have been supporting this year. "This was the last big fundraiser for Hardwired so we are now very close to selling out and handing the proceeds to the charity, one we are very passionate about."
"What we didn't bargain for was he would bring some other members of the band along too which made it a fantastic and very popular Rollers mini set.
