Police have issued a warning over parking in Holywood after a 90-year-old man died falling from a mobility scooter after being forced on to the road.
While issuing the FPNs to the vehicles, police assisted another member of the public using a mobility scooter was forced onto the road, putting them in danger of other vehicles. "Police were in attendance today only to find exactly the same issue. As you can see from the photos, we had to assist a member of the public who was forced on to the road as their route was blocked due to cars parked irresponsibly and blocking the footpath.
