Merseyside Police have been based at Waterloo Warehouse apartments for around 24 hours. A resident told the ECHO around 16 officers stormed into the building at around 4pm yesterday.
A resident, who wanted to remain anonymous, contacted the ECHO and said the police presence is worrying considering those who live in the apartments are meant to be "professionals".
