The search for the 15-year-old boy at the River North Esk in Angus has entered its third day.
A desperate search for a teenager who got into difficulty in a Scots river has entered its third day.
The teen's family have been made aware, with Police Scotland keeping them up to date with all developments. HM Coastguard and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have also been involved in the search. Known as the Blue Door Walk, near the Rocks of Solitude, the area is popular with dog walkers as well as swimmers, particularly in the summer months.
