Police have released pictures of men they would like to speak to Watford

The argument was in Watford Fields at around 6pm on Tuesday, June 21, when two people were reportedly being abusive towards a cat in their care.

They were confronted by a woman in her 30s and the row ensued, during which she was allegedly verbally abused and squirted with water.PC Safiya Shalo said: “We would like to identify these two men as they were believed to be in the area at the time and will likely have information that would assist our investigation.

"While cases of alleged animal cruelty can be very emotive, I would urge the public not to give commentary online or publicly name anyone they believe involved as this could jeopardise a future court case.Information can be reported via 101 quoting reference 41/49450/22.
