Officers are trying to trace Rais Atcha. The 32-year-old has links to Bolton and Manchester.
Anyone who has any information on his whereabouts is being urged to get in touch. A post on the GMP Bolton Facebook page said: "#WANTED | GMP are appealing for the public’s help to find Rais Atcha who is wanted on recall to prison."Rais has links to the #Bolton and #Manchester areas of Greater Manchester.
