Police release last known image of girl, 14, missing for over a week as desperate search ramps up
A 14-year-old girl who has been missing for more than a week has been spotted in Greater Manchester, police have revealed.
In an update issued this afternoon, West Yorkshire Police released a CCTV picture showing Katelan's last confirmed movements. The image shows her getting off the 591 bus from Todmorden as it arrives at the terminal in Croft Street in Burnley at about 9.15am on March 28.Police said the teenager left the bus in the direction of the town centre. Officers believe she has since been seen in Stretford in Trafford.
She was last seen wearing her school uniform – a black blazer, a blue and black tie and black leggings. Detective Chief Inspector Mike Cox, of Calderdale Police, said: "Extensive searches have been ongoing to locate Katelan and we continue to appeal to anyone who can help us find her to contact us.
