Police are becoming 'increasingly concerned' about a missing teenage girl as an urgent appeal has been issued to help trace her.
Ellie Gargan, aged 15, was last seen in the Rochdale area in the early hours of Wednesday . Police did not provide more information about her last known location. The teenager is described as being 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build with blonde hair up in a ponytail. It is believed she was wearing grey gym leggings and a maroon hoodie with a plain black coat with fur on the hood and sleeves, which ties at the waist.She was also wearing white Nike 217s trainers, which have a green air bubble embossed on them. Ellie is known to have links to Merseyside.
Greater Manchester Police, who issued an appeal said that officers are 'becoming increasingly concerned about her' and 'want to make sure she is safe and well.' Anyone with information about Ellie's whereabouts should contact police on 101, quoting log number 12-19072023, or by dialling 999 in an emergency.
