Police stopped a driver for having no lights on before finding a 40-day-old baby on the passenger's lap in the front seat. The white car was pulled over in Prestwich by officers on Sunday night .
The vehicle was initially stopped because the car had no lights on. Upon further inspection, police were 'shocked' to see a woman in the front passenger seat with the young baby on her lap.
