Police dismiss social media reports of young boy being 'followed by man in white van'
Officers said they were told the boy was on Bolton Road West, in Ramsbottom, near Bury, when he was followed at about 3.40pm on Tuesday .

“Our top priority is to keep the communities of Bury safe. Officers regularly patrol the local area for added reassurance, and if you have any concerns or questions, please talk to our officers, they are there to support you.”
