Officers were called at 10.15am on Thursday, August 31, to a house in Southfield Road, Radford, after it was reported drugs were being produced inside
Shortly after arriving police officers discovered the remains of a cannabis grow across several rooms. Further searches of the property eventually led police to the loft, where they found 90 cannabis plants at various stages of growth.
“As well as having links to wider criminality, this practice also often involves vulnerable people being exploited for other people’s gain, with them tending to the grows while living in horrible conditions.
