Plans to build a major housing development in Grantham consisting of 250 new homes have been submitted to South Kesteven District Council.
The breakdown includes 18 one-bedroom properties, 39 two-bedroom homes, 121 three-bedroom houses and 72 spacious four-bedroom spaces. Notably, 30% of these new dwellings are set to be designated as affordable housing. They continued:"A mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom properties make up the 250 total dwellings. The proposed mix offers a range of sizes and types of housing including maisonettes, terraced, semi-detached and detached properties.
