Marlborough House on Victoria Street was the former office of commercial law firm Tughan's

An application to turn a listed building in Belfast city centre into an apartment block has been submitted.

Martin Property Group has made the first step in the planning process by submitting a Proposal of Application Notice to Belfast City Council.A public consultation is due to take place in October to gather the views of local residents, neighbouring businesses, and interested parties. Until last December, Marlborough House housed the offices for commercial law firm, Tughan's. It is located in Belfast city centre close to Custom House Square.

A drop-in consultation event will be held in The Good Room at Bullitt Hotel from 1pm to 7pm on Thursday, October 5, where consultants will be on hand to provide further information and answer any queries.
