The new restaurant, located at 19 Renfield Street in the city centre, will be transformed from a travel agents. The plans have now been approved by Glasgow City Council's planning committee.
Plans for a new restaurant and cafe in a listed buildin in Glasgow's city centre have been given the green light.
Consent was granted to the plans with conditions on when the premises can be used and limitations on noise levels in order not to disturb current residents. Additional information was also required on bin and recycling areas as well as conditions on cooking smells. The approved decision by the council reads: "Before any work on the site is begun, details of refuse and recycling storage areas and bins shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. These facilities shall be completed before the development/the relevant part of the development is occupied."
