permission to build the four homes with associated parking on the cobbled Botanic Crescent Lane which lies to the north of the Botanic Gardens
The site, which is accessed from Kelvin Drive and sits behind Botanic Crescent, is currently occupied by 19 car parking spaces in three garage blocks which cover half the space while the remainder is largely overgrown waste ground.
"It is our aspiration that this small-scale private housing development will not only offer an attractive place for people to live but benefit the lane environment as a whole by raising the quality of the finishes, planting, and access of this area."The plans state unit one would be the largest dwelling and would have three bedrooms and a private decking area on the upper floor which is accessible from the circulation space and the master bedroom.
