The site was formerly home to the LTE Group’s Manchester College before it relocated to its new campus last year
Proposals have been created for a £140m office development in Manchester city centre which could create around 1,400 jobs.
If approved, a 16-storey building with 200,000 sq ft of space would be constructed on the corner of New Quay Street and Gartside Street in the St John's district.Colloco would comprise flexible workspace across all levels as well as a roof pavilion which would feature breakout and events space and access to a landscaped garden terrace with views across the city.
