The residential development could be built on the former site of Coconut Grove nightclub
A plot of land in Tuebrook, on the corner of West Derby Road and Green Lane, is the subject of a proposed residential development comprising 119 units. The mixed use development, named ‘Carlton Court’, could take shape across a building of part five and six storeys.
Commercial floorspace will also feature within the development. According to the developers, it is proposed to locate the commercial floorspace, car and cycle parking and plant and bin storage at ground floor level, alongside the entrance to the townhouses.
