Television presenter Phil Spencer and his family went for lunch at the pub where his parents were driving to when their car crashed off a bridge.
Phil's co-presenter Kirstie Allsopp told an episode of the BBC's Newscast podcast that the Spencer family went out for lunch at the same pub his parents were on their way to. Speaking on the podcast on Saturday, September 2, Kirstie said: “ got a lovely, lovely family and they’re very, very close and they’re all together."In fact, his sister was married yesterday, which they went ahead with and today they’re all going to the pub for lunch.
