Abraham Kohdad, a health specialist known for his easy to follow health advice, claims his method can offer dramatic results for those who want to slim down 'fast'.
A health expert has revealed his go-to method for losing weight and it could help slimmers shred belly fat in just one week.
He explained his own formulated method that he claims can slim waists down by up to five centimetres, while also dropping one kilogram of body weight in a seven day span. He said: "Let me teach you the Abraham diet. So every day, you're going to have three meals, and we're gonna use these bad boys [gesturing with his hands] to portion our food groups.
In another, more detailed video, Abraham delved into some of the more transformative effects of his easy-to-follow diet plan, claiming: "After six weeks the diet has been proven to reduce your dangerous visceral fat by 14 per cent, reduce your blood pressure, reduce your cholesterol and, help you shrink your waistline by up to 5cm without doing any additional exercise.
