A PERVERT groped a woman who was trying to help him.
Nadim Qadir, 53, attacked his victim in Glasgow city centre on May 3 2022.The woman - who was an onlooker - offered Qadir her hand to help him to his feet.Qadir pleaded guilty on Thursday at Glasgow Sheriff Court to sexual assault.
The court heard that a group of people left Kokomo nightclub and walked towards their home around 3.30am.Prosecutor Ramsay Cunningham said: “Witnesses and Qadir attempted to separate those fighting and he fell to the ground.“She turned immediately when she felt Qadir slide his hand up her skirt and groped her on the buttocks.”Police later caught up with Qadir and he was arrested.Qadir was put on the sex offenders register and granted bail meantime.
