Police are investigating thefts from Perth's Roma Ristorante which lost cash and spirits when the premises were targeted late on Sunday night.
A Perth restaurant boss has been left gutted after alcohol, stock, cash and a laptop were stolen from his venue.
“On Monday afternoon as I got ready to open, I began to notice odd things in the restaurant,” Vito told the PA. “I work seven days, my family need me, but I will have tons of extra work getting back-ups of the invoices for the VAT that were stolen.“In the five years we’ve had Roma Ristorante we’ve worked very hard adding the pizza oven and we’ve been excelling at takeaway since Covid.
For now a Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of an alleged housebreaking at a premises on Speygate in Perth on Monday, August 28. Enquiries are ongoing.”
