East Midlands Railway has confirmed a person was hit by a train in Nottinghamshire. The incident has been reported between Nottingham Station and East Midlands Parkway.
Emergency services are reported to be on their way to the scene to manage the incident. Network Rail are also preparing to send a team to the area.
