We've all had our moments of shaving our eyebrows and our parents being mad at us for doing it, but now it seems like its become the latest trend all over again 🪒
Fides says:
On clean, dry skin, hold your eyebrow skin taut by pulling it up gently toward your forehead. You’ll want to use your non-dominant hand to hold your skin and your dominant hand to shave.Skip any textured areas, like blemishes or moles. This can cause irritation and infection, so tweeze this area insteadApply a topical gel with aloe vera to soothe the area.You can use concealer over your brows instead for a ‘shaved’ look.
Fides says: ‘Using a spoolie or toothbrush, take a concealer and brush it through the brow. Start at the tail of the brow and work your way inward. This covers the brows from root to tip. ‘Then use your spoolie to brush the brows back into your usual shape. For the concealer colour, choose a slightly opaque consistency that is just a shade darker than your skin, this will act as colour correcting.’She adds: ‘If necessary, you can fix your brows with transparent setting powder in and around the eyebrow arch.
‘If your eyebrows are dark, you can mix in a little peach colour powder for colour correcting. This also prevents it from becoming visible in photos.’
