A 72-year-old man has been arrested over a string of car scratching incidents in East Yorkshire
Two officers from Humberside Police’s roads policing team were in the car on Canada Drive in Cottingham, East Yorkshire, monitoring the area, following reports from residents that several vehicles had been scratched.
