The Hoops are set to be busy in the final days of the transfer window with a number of ins and outs expected at Parkhead before the midnight deadline on Friday.

Now ZeroZero say that a season-long loan deal for Bernardo has 'practically everything agreed' between both clubs. The 21-year-old spent the second half of last season at Paços de Ferreira but his minutes look few and far between in Benfica's first team this campaign which makes a loan switch the best option for both parties. Although it is not yet clear whether Celtic would have an option to buy.
Bernardo has appeared 26 times for Benfica and registered two goals and two assists from 13 games during his loan spell away from the club last season. O'Riley previously played under Russell Martin at MK Dons before joining the Hoops for £1.5million in January 2022.
