Manchester United are looking to complete a deal for the Morrocan midfielder from Fiorentina before Friday's 11pm transfer deadline
Paul Merson has urged Manchester United to sign Sofyan Amrabat, claiming the Morocco midfielder will "hold his shape" better than Casemiro will when the Reds are on the attack.
"They need someone now, they're too open," Merson told Sky Sports. "The last three matches, they're all over the place. "He's a good player. I think he got the better of Declan Rice in the [Europa] Conference League final, I thought he was outstanding.
