Park Hall Hotel's mystery 'education firm' resolved as its real new owners reveal all
The mystery behind the firm which seeming took over the Park Hall Hotel in Charnock Richard has been solved - with the real proprietors of the building clearing up the matter.
Earlier this month, signage was spotted on the hotel promoting an education company, causing confusion to locals, as the mystery firm seemingly popped up out of nowhere.Educare Direct - the firm behind the name on the sign - claims to be a “leading company in international training”. It had listed the Charnock Richard hotel as its head office despite the building remaining locked up and out of use.
Imtiaz Rasool told LancsLive that he is responsible for Educare Direct. When asked last week about the use of Park Hall, he said: “Educare Direct is my company, which I tried to set up as a training centre at a rented place in Chorley, but couldn’t start as the building site is not ready yet and waiting for the completion, and also of course website is not complete yet and need a lot of work before we start the delivery of courses.
