The Leeds West Indian Carnival is the biggest celebration of its kind and will see thousands enjoy the celebrations
One of the biggest events in Leeds is back this weekend - Leeds West Indian Carnival. This year will mark 56 years of the colourful fun and festivities. It will take place on Bank Holiday Monday, August 28.

Which roads will be closed? On August 27, the following roads will start closing at 12pm with restrictions set to be removed by August 29 at 6.30am:
