The founder of the legendary Glasgow cocktail Panther M*lk is preparing to bring his creation to an even wider audience.

Paul Crawford initially started selling the alcoholic oat drink as a side project while working at a tech start-up. It gained popularity among drinkers at Bar Tabac on Mitchell Lane. In October 2020, Paul decided to focus on developing the Panther M*lk brand full-time after being made redundant during covid.

The entrepreneur said: "This year our focus has been on getting the brand out there and while we’ve got a strong following in Glasgow already, it would be great to see Panther M*lk enjoyed all over the UK. “Finance is a critical element of our expansion programme and it’s great to have had support through Transmit Startups and the Start Up Loans scheme. It is an exciting time for Panther M*lk and our ambitious growth plans are already underway. Glasgow will always be the brand’s home, but we hope that conversations with UK-wide supermarkets could lead to a much wider geographical spread."
