Four men attacked another man with a baseball bat in Paisley.
Paisley police are seeking information after a man was attacked by four men with baseball bats over the weekend.
The assailants drove off in an unknown direction, with the injured man taken to Royal Alexandra Hospital where he is receiving treatment. Officers are checking CCTV footage from around the area, looking for information on both the suspects and the vehicle.Three of the men have been described by the police. The first is white, in his early 40’s, with a stocky build with a heavy stubble and short brown hair - dressed in a black tracksuit with a white t-shirt.
There is no information on the fourth suspect at this time. Detective Constable James Campbell, Paisley CID, said: “While enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding this attack, we believe it to be targeted.
