A paedophile who fathered a child with a woman and failed to tell his probation officer has had his sexual harm prevention order extended.
He also received a five-year sexual harm prevention order forbidding him from having unsupervised contact with children, or supervised contact with children whose parents/guardians were not fully aware of his past offending. He was released in November 2020, but just one month later he began seeing a woman who had three young children - breaching the conditions of his licence.
Applying for Lloyd's SHPO to be extended for a further five years, Mr Scholz said "other matters had come to light" regarding his past.
