Owner who wants to build four bedroom detached property in garden of their home given a firm 'no' from council
Councillors have refused planning permission for a new four-bedroomed detached house in the garden of an existing home.
It was told in a report: “The site is located in a residential area of mixed housing types, brick/render/concrete tile being the predominant materials. The site is currently the front and side garden and off street parking area of number 4 Lindsay Park, itself a semi-detached dormer bungalow and the applicant’s home address.“The site is surrounded by housing/gardens to three sides and abuts the highway known as Lindsay Park to the front.
