OUR YORKSHIRE FARM star Amanda Owen has opened up about the effects of seasonal affective disorder (SAD) following months of poor weather conditions on her farm.
, 46, has been giving her fans an insight into life as a shepherdess during tough weather conditions. The mother-of-nine said the weather had thankfully started to improve as she opened up on SAD. She said:"It's one thing the weather being bad when you're working in an office but when you're outside, and it's still snowing in the middle of May, it makes life very hard.
