A prominent member of Scotland's top crime gang has been hit with a so-called 'super-Asbo'.
Paul Fleming - nicknamed 'The Captain' - was jailed for nine years earlier this month for his involvement in the mob branded the"most sophisticated" for their dealings in drugs, firearms, violence and dirty money.

Brian McConnachie KC, defending, said the order was accepted with the duration of it now changed from five to four years as well a difference on how many times Fleming would report to police on his release.
