A landmark Glasgow building has been fully transformed into a new office space with a £1.7m investment.
Olympia House, a former Salvation Army citadel on Olympia Street in the city's Bridgeton, has been redeveloped to comprise 280 sqm of modern and flexible commercial office space. Now known as New Olympia House, the project is expected to create around 30 full-time jobs.
The office's design also includes a large metal tower called the Beacon, which serves as a nod to the adjacent Bridgeton Umbrella. “A key objective of this project was to ensure that we did not lose the charm of the original building. "We cannot wait to get new tenants utilising this space too and investing in the East End of Glasgow.”Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
