A TOKYO 2020 worker has tested positive in the Olympic village just a week before the Games begin.There has been a positive coronavirus case inside the Tokyo 2020 Olympic villagechief Toshiro Muto confirmed the Covid-19 case had come from someone who had travelled to Japan from abroad.It takes the total number of cases connected to the Games to 45, according to CNN.
British No1 tennis stars Jo Konta and Dan Evans are both out of the tournament after testing positive.
