EXCLUSIVE: Love Island star Olivia Bowen has candidly opened up about her struggle with post-natal depression as she comes to terms with the suffering she felt after giving birth
It's been 16 months since Olivia Bowen became a mother, welcoming beautiful baby boy Abel as she and her husband Alex became a family of three.
Olivia had a traumatic birth while welcoming Abel, preparing for a Caesarean birth but eventually giving birth with the help of forceps and two strong pushes in the lengthy 30-hour labour. There to support Olivia has been her husband Alex, who she met on the second rebooted series of the smash hit reality show Love Island back in 2016. The couple have gone from strength to strength ever since, recently celebrating their son's first birthday together.
