Police are continuing to appeal for information following the 19-year-old's death

Officers have made five more arrests following the death of a teenager in a Lancashire market town. Nine people have now been arrested after Matthew Daulby was found with stab wounds shortly after midnight on Saturday morning in Ormskirk.

Meanwhile, a 63-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman - both from Aughton - have been arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice. All five remain in custody.Police previously arrested an 18-year-old man from Scarisbrick on suspicion of murder on Sunday night. He remains in custody. The arrests relate to an altercation in Railway Road involving a number of males, Lancashire Police says. Officers were called out to the scene at 12.05am on Saturday following reports of an ongoing disturbance.

His family continue to be supported by specially-trained officers. Enquiries are ongoing, and police are continuing to ask for anyone with information or CCTV, dashcam or mobile phone footage which could assist the investigation to come forward.
