Penrith added to Sydney hotspot LGAs while Gladys Berejiklian says no payment needed for staying home awaiting test results
The Penrith local government area has been added to the hotspot LGAs in Sydney subject to tighter rules.Sixty-four cases were infectious in the community, 42 were in isolation for part of their infectious period and the isolation status of 71 remains under investigation.
