“I’m excited to see the team in front of a great crowd on a beautiful surface again. It is all there for us to go and play our part and bring excitement and success to the football club once again. Reality hit home for the players after their opening day defeat at Sutton United and in terms of results since then, they have responded well, but experienced defender Richard Brindley echoes the manager’s sentiment of it being a chance to build further as a team.
