Nearly 90% of the monkeypox cases recorded in England have been in London, officials have said
Of the 190 cases confirmed in the UK last month, 183 were in England, four were in Scotland, two were in Northern Ireland and one was in Wales.Of the English cases, 86 per cent of those where a home address was reported were in London and only two were women, the UK Health Security Agency said. A majority of the cases were in gay or bisexual men.
