Nicola Sturgeon self-isolating after contact with Covid positive person
NICOLA Sturgeon has tested negative for Covid-19 and is out of isolation after she was pinged on the NHS app.
The First Minister said she had received a notification yesterday evening through the Test & Protect app after coming in contact with someone who tested positive."Relieved to report that my PCR test is negative," she wrote on Twitter. "Coupled with fact I’m double vaccinated - with second dose more than 2 weeks ago - that means I no longer need to isolate.
"I’ll still be doing regular LFD tests as added precaution tho - and encourage everyone else to do likewise."We previously told how Scots could be placed under another so-calledExperts are reportedly proposing a series of options for Ms Sturgeon to stem the sharp surge in positive tests.
