Residents in the area around the Garvaghy Road in Portadown reported a loss of water supply or drop in water pressure
It was first reported at around 5pm on Thursday, August 31, that the Lower Garvaghy Road in Portadown had been closed to all traffic following a burst water pipe in the area.
He said: "Major burst pipe at the corner of Park Road, Garvaghy Road please avoid if possible. The Lower Garvaghy Road is now closed to all traffic." In a statement on its website, Northern Ireland Water stated that the issue should be fixed at approximately midnight. "If you need further help or advice, please contact us on 03457 440088 and one of our team will be here to help, 24 hours a day."
