35-year-old Carly Boyle from Bangor is a co-author in 'The Awakened Warrior Toolkit' and has been "completely blown away" at the response it has received.
"It was a very heart-led book, spirit-led book and I think when you approach a project with your whole heart behind it, you get that feeling that people need it. "It was everyone out there who believed in me, followed my journey on Instagram and supported me that ran that race [when it launched]. They were the cheerleaders, the supporters, I had no control over how far this would go and I have everybody to thank for that.
