Monterey Jack’s is looking for 30 new staff members, including full and part-time waiting and kitchen staff.
A special recruitment open day will be held on Wednesday, March 8, from 5pm until 8pm in the Taylor Suite at the Alona Hotel within the Theme Park.The new restaurant will feature an exclusive wild west interior and is set to open in March. Matthew Taylor Jnr, from M&D’s, said: “This is an exciting new addition to Scotland’s Theme Park and the final touches are underway for the big reveal.as well as benefit from the training which will be in collaboration with the experienced Monterey Jack’s team.
“We’re working hard to finish the interiors which will be spectacular and are looking forward to launching ahead of Mother’s Day.”
