Community Gateway has taken handover of its first Energy Performance Certificate A-rated homes, Clementine Close in Walton-le-Dale 🏡🏡🏡
Clementine Close, off Duddle Lane in Walton-le-Dale, comprises six two-bed and two three-bed homes for affordable rent.
Working with On Track Construction, the two-bed houses are the Association’s first to have an Energy Performance Certificate rating of Band A and are part of CGA’s ongoing commitment to building sustainable homes for life. All homes benefit from off-street parking, private gardens, heat-source pumps, electric vehicle chargers and solar panels.
“The homes are all finished to an incredibly high standard with an emphasis on sustainable living. It’s wonderful to see families moving in, enjoying their new homes and forming new communities.” This development is another step towards CGA building and offering a wider choice of homes, locations and types of tenancies for customers, as well as working towards a goal of net-zero carbon by 2050.
